2024 Christmas deadlines have now passed for all ranges and all orders now will be fitted in the new year.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure our lead times are as accurate as possible, all above timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order arrives our dedicated team will be in touch to offer a prospective date for the installation of your shutters. This is usually within 2 weeks.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your delivery has been delayed due to an event outside of our direct control then we will do everything we can to ensure that it is installed at the earliest possible opportunity.
However, as our lead times are only ever given as our ‘best estimate’ we are unable to provide any guarantees or apply a discount if your order arrives later than originally expected.
