Very happy with our shutters! Price was competitive, flexible on the install date, colour matched to what we wanted, and Ash has done a fab job with installing them. They look really nice (our neighbours have also commented!) and we're pleased that we can keep the light coming in, but also maintain our privacy. Would highly recommend, thank you

I am very pleased to have installed the Shutters in my Lounge. The shutters are in good quality and make my lounge look very nice. The service of Shutterly Fabulous was great too from measurement to installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Shutterly Fabulous. It would be even much better if the waiting time for installation could be shorter.

Great shutters at a decent price - we sourced them via John Lewis. Our installation was unavoidably delayed, but now they're in we couldn't be happier. We especially liked the continuity that the guy that measured up was also the fella that fitted them - no opportunity to blame anyone else!They're smooth to operate and feel more robust than I was expecting.

A huge thank you to the team at Shutterly Fabulous (and particularly their fantastic fitter, Ben) for an excellent job done with our solid hardwood shutters. The whole process was extremely smooth / hassle free and even the challenges of fitting shutters into a 300 year old property (with not a straight wall in sight !) didn’t daunt them. The price for the job was also less than I expected, so it’s five stars all round ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great from start to finish. Consultation experience was first class, ordering really easy and fitting of shutters across 5 rooms completed in 4 hours. Would thoroughly recommend - they look so good! We are rally pleased with them.

We’ve placed an order for 2 bedroom windows. Very happy with the quality of both the shutters and their installation, but there are two large development opportunities for the company:- timing: we were originally told that the order would take 4 weeks to fulfil. The moment we’ve placed the order, the person doing the measurements confirmed that it would be 11-12 weeks. In the end it took around 14 weeks from the moment the order was placed till installation. So the info on the website is... deceiving.- measurement: the person doing the measurements didn’t correctly account for the length of the handle to open the windows and a mechanical adjustment was needed at the installation. It wasn’t a large deal, but I remember how the individual doing the measure was complaining about how uneven the windows are and that the window handle reduces the amount of space available for flower pots or any ornaments on the window.read more

Extremely pleased with the finished product. After years of vertical blinds in our conservatory we decided to get a quote for shutters. Jon, who came to measure up and then fitted the product, was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable in his manner. He made it all very simple from start to finish. We used price match and saved around £800 on our quote. Would definitely recommend the company and use them again in the future.

My shutterly fabulous window blinds are absolutely perfect in my new home, bringing a premium quality to the windows and removing the need for curtain rails. The shutters look lovely and have made the smallish bedroom look better, wider and brighter. Professional, friendly service from first contact to the end result. A long wait between the measuring up and the fitting, but worth the wait. A good guarantee period and we were given some spare slats and a care kit (spare screws, little pot of paint for future damage touch ups etc), plus a discount if I was to order again. I'm a happy customer.

From initial enquiry to installed shutters all my dealings with this company were great. Brydon came to measure up and was professional, friendly, informative and extremely helpful with advise. In the interim between measuring and fitting any questions/queries I had were dealt with quickly and politely by customer service team. Today Mark came to fit and did an excellent job. He too was extremely professional, friendly and with that attention to detail you want from a skilled craftsman Shutters... look amazing. (Sh)utterly disappointedHaving previously used a smaller local company for shutters, we decided to try Shutterly Fabulous as they boasted shorter lead times and offered to price match. The measuring process went smoothly, so we placed an order and paid the deposit.When we received an order confirmation 4 weeks after our first payment, we called to check on the order. We were then told that the order hadn't gone through, allegedly due to a technical glitch. They advised the order had been... upgraded to an express delivery – despite the upgrade this still meant our lead time now stood at 16-18 weeks from our original order date. They gave us the option to cancel the order, but this would mean starting again with another company and facing a renewed wait of 13 weeks. We opted to continue with the order and asked about compensation, to which we haven't had an acceptable response. We've just called again to chase the installation date, only to be told that there's likely an additional delay and that it might take more than 20 weeks for the shutters to be installed.During this whole time, we've been unable to use the bedroom as it's been the height of summer and it gets impossibly bright and warm in there with nothing on the windows except a blanket hung up. We are (sh)utterly disappointed and, in hindsight, would have stuck with the company we used before, who gave great service. We were lured in by promises of better lead times, which have not been delivered.So far, we would not recommend Shutterly Fabulous.read more

Had my faux wood shutters installed last week and they look great. Went either faux wood as needed quick installation and this was a great decision as I wouldn't tell the difference having had wood shutters previously. The fact the fitter Obi measured and fitted gave continuity and he was friendly and professional. Thank you.

These shutters have definitely made our house a home! 🤍 Nick came to measure up and fit our blinds- he was very professional and answered all our questions. The lead time is quite long, however definitely worth the wait!

Had a quote from these Guys a few Months. Chris came out to measure and quote us for all windows in the house. By far the best quote. The shutter had arrived within the quoted lead time and an appointment made to fit them, Again Chris came out and what a Gent, Very polite professional and definitely knew what he was doing.They have transformed my new build home and look absolutely amazing.Thanks Shutterly fabulous 👌

So pleased with my new shutters! They look really beautiful, fit the window perfectly, and were a really good deal compared to other quotes I received. They did take a long time to arrive but were worth the wait. The shutter specialist was really friendly and helpful also.

Absolutely love my new shutters, they even came in early and staff had been able to accommodate fitting around my work schedule, Craig the fitter very friendly and professional and had them fitted 2 hours before the allocated time slot. I would highly recommend.

Really good turnaround between ordering and the shutters being ready- we went for vinyl just in case of may condensation and the wooden ones we had previously quoted were up to 16weeks for manufacturing. The same chap measured and installed which I think was helpful because he already knew what the job required. They look so smart, really good finish! Would definitely recommend
